Peplife ships RUO research peptides from the Netherlands to the entire European Union. On this page you will find the shipping costs, the delivery times per destination and what to do in the event of a damaged or incorrect delivery.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: € 6.95 — free shipping on orders from € 150.
- Other EU countries: € 14.95 — free shipping on orders from € 250.
- The final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and are shown before you place your order.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Netherlands: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Other EU countries: 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
- Items on order: products marked “On order — delivery time 10–15 business days” are not kept in stock as standard; we order them specially for you from our supplier. The stated period runs from the order confirmation.
The stated periods are indicative. We deliver in any event within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract, unless a longer period has been expressly agreed (Article 7:9 of the Dutch Civil Code, based on Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU). For items on backorder you confirm that longer period at checkout.
Shipping area
- We ship to all Member States of the European Union, with the exception of Italy.
- A limited part of the range cannot be delivered to certain countries due to national regulations. This becomes visible at checkout as soon as you enter your delivery country.
Packaging
- All orders are packed discreetly and neutrally, with no reference to the contents on the outside.
- Lyophilised peptides are stable as a powder during transport at ambient temperature. After receipt, store them according to the storage instruction on the product page (usually −20 °C).
- As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
- Has a product arrived damaged, or have you received the wrong item? Report this within 48 hours of receipt via our contact form, with photo evidence and your order number.
- This 48-hour period is a service window for transport damage and does not limit your statutory rights: under Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code and Directive (EU) 2019/771 you are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract for up to two years after delivery.
