General & RUO
What does RUO (Research Use Only) mean? RUO stands for Research Use Only — for in vitro laboratory research only. Our products are chemical reagents intended for scientific research in controlled laboratory environments. They are not approved by the EMA for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals.
Who are your products intended for? Our products are intended for researchers, laboratories and the scientifically interested who study peptides in cell-culture models and in vitro experimental systems. By placing an order you confirm that you use the products exclusively for research purposes.
Are your products legal in the EU? Yes — our products are legally available as RUO research chemicals in the EU. They are classified as chemical reagents under REACH regulation. Customers are themselves responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in their country.
Quality & Testing
How can I verify the quality of your products? Our peptides are independently tested by an independent external laboratory — a recognised, independent testing laboratory. The test result is permanently verifiable via a public URL at verify.iso.org, listed on the product page. This way you don't have to take our word for it — you check it yourself.
What is HPLC and why is it important? HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the most widely used method for determining the purity of a peptide. It measures what proportion of the content is actually the intended peptide. We have our peptides independently tested by HPLC by an external laboratory, so you can check the purity per batch yourself in the enclosed test report.
Is a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) included? Yes — a CoA is included with every order. This document shows the batch-specific test results, including HPLC purity, mass spectrometry and product identification. The CoA is also digitally verifiable via the QR code on the report itself.
Order & Delivery
How quickly is my order delivered? Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. EU delivery takes 3-5 working days after shipping, depending on the destination country. All orders are packaged discreetly. Backorders take 10 to 15 working days.
Is my order packaged discreetly? Yes — all orders are packaged discreetly, without mentioning the contents on the outer packaging. The sender is listed only as peplife.eu. The contents are packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
Which countries do you deliver to? We deliver to all EU member states. Customers outside the EU can contact us via WhatsApp to discuss the options. Please note: customers are themselves responsible for complying with import rules in their country.
How can I pay? We accept credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via NexaPay. Contact us via WhatsApp for the current payment options.
Products & Use
How do I store my peptides correctly? Store lyophilised peptides (powder) at −20 °C for up to 5 years, or at 2–4 °C for up to 12 months. After reconstitution, store the peptide at 2–4 °C and use it within 28 days. Always protect peptides from light and moisture.
How do I reconstitute a peptide? Clean the rubber stopper with a sterile alcohol swab (70% isopropanol). Add the calculated amount of bacteriostatic water (BAC water) by slowly injecting along the glass wall — never directly onto the powder. Gently swirl the vial until the powder has dissolved. Never shake. Store at 2–4 °C and use within 28 days.
Why don't you sell an injection pen? An injection pen is a medical device designed for human use. We sell exclusively RUO materials for in vitro laboratory research and can therefore not offer products that imply direct human use. For reconstitution and laboratory applications, our sterile insulin syringes U-100, U-50 and U-30 are the correct research instruments.
Which accessories do you sell? Peplife offers a full range of laboratory accessories for peptide reconstitution: bacteriostatic water (3 ml and 10 ml), sterile water (3 ml and 10 ml), acetic acid 0.6% (3 ml and 10 ml), insulin syringes (U-100, U-50 and U-30), alcohol swabs and empty sterile vials (3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml) for aliquoting reconstituted peptide solutions.

Payment & Security
Is my payment secure? Yes — peplife.eu uses SSL encryption (HTTPS). Payments are processed via NexaPay, a specialised payment provider for RUO research chemicals, with support for credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your return policy? Because of the nature of our products (lyophilised peptides), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. In case of problems, contact us within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp or email, with photo evidence and order number.
